Found everywhere in India, this is called the Jalebi. I think its appearance says it all, sweet, sugary, crunchy and oil-drenched.

oh god jelabi!!!!! This is one of my favorite things about India.

YESSS god and even when they have them at restaurants and stuff here it’s never quite the same 

they have jelabi in American Indian restaurants? This changes my entire life
